Originally established as Humberto Restrepo & Cía in 1951, the family business was founded by our grandfather and later led by our father, becoming known for its transparency, reliability, and commitment to long-term collaboration.

Today, 3R Partners, led by the third generation, carries forward that tradition — guided by the same values and strengthened by a modern, international outlook.

Andrés Restrepo brings extensive experience leading commercial, marketing, and R&D teams in Colombia and South America. His career has been defined by a strategic approach to growth, innovation, and collaboration — successfully navigating cross-cultural environments and building strong partnerships with international stakeholders. His expertise spans business development, strategic planning, budgeting, and market intelligence.

Catalina Restrepo brings significant global experience in marketing, product development, and market launches across continents. Passionate about innovation and growth, she specializes in creating new businesses and developing strategies that turn global vision into local success. By building meaningful partnerships and understanding each market’s unique dynamics, she has helped ideas grow into sustainable, long-term ventures.
